I have been a property owner in Sunset Beach (Sea Trail) since 1993 .Owning two rental properties for over 10 years
 and using both Sea Trail and other rental agents. I have lived through the problems that  property owners face. The most perplexing problem (other than creating positive cash flow) has always been finding the right people to provide the services you need when you are 500 or a 1000 miles away from your rental property. Always wondering is the property secure, is there a maintenance problem and if so who can I rely on to fix it.
