  • We will also create, with your assistance, an inventory sheet of all items, visible and not visible, that you want documented for your renter and yourself. PropertyWatch Q uality Control Inspectors will also use the inventory sheet during departure inspection, which is included in our linen and cleaning package, with instant communication
  • by e-mail or phone to document any damage.   
  • Creation of a hyperlink that you can use in e-mails or websites to feature your property. Our unique software opens without downloading and has a customized video screen that allows viewer to contact you right from the video screen during and after viewing the video.
  • Hosting of your video for one year with unlimited views.
