This is my grandson Noah, one of 10 grandchildren, he is 5. You may recognize him from videos of Sunset Beach on your property video. When I used his picture his 10 year old brother saw it and told him he should get paid because I used it without his permission. It cost me $20. "So much for family."

WOW, I cannot say enough about these accommodations!! We had plenty of room and the condo was just as described. We are a family of cooks so the 2 spacious kitchens we used were perfect for our needs. The Property Watch people also added to our stay by being gracious and welcoming and providing us with some great recommendations for food and such. Thank you owners for a terrific vacation deal!! Thanks so much for opening your home. Each day we went to Sunset Beach. The condo is beautiful, and Rich from Propertywatch was great, so warm and welcoming and very helpful. This is the kind of place we can come to every year for family vacations

GUEST 3702 Champions Sea Trail
We had a wondeful time at Sunset Beach. It is spacious, clean, and not over-crowded. It was our first time there and I'm sure we will return. The villa was immaculate and met all of our needs and more, we couldn't be more satisfied. The pool adjacent to the unit was wonderful. Gene was great to work with and was very gracious in allowing us to stay an extra night. Marty was also very nice and was extremely helpful, including giving us great tips on where to eat! The Sea Trail resort community is beautiful and we would definitely stay there in the future. We played the Jones course but each golf course at Sea Trail is beautiful. The Byrd course was under repair during our stay so it was somewhat disappointing not to be able to relax with a drink on the porch and watch play on the 16th hole, but that was just a minor disappointment. Overall, we had a great vacation and we definitely recommend this unit to other vacationers.

- throughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful and immaculately maintained condo.fabulous views of the golf course and enjoyed sitting outside on the porch soaking up the sunshine.kept very active between golfing on the well maintained greens,swimming in the indoor and outdoor pools,exercising in the fully-equipped spotless gym.Excellent restaurants,beaches and shopping close by.will definitely return.

- We came down with another couple for a getway. We could no have asked for a better place to stay! great location, unit and view. Highly recommend this unit. The layout is ideal for 2 couples. Ideal even if your traveling with a young child. Plenty of room for everyone!
